General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for HIDEAWAY – lakeside kitchen

1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all reservations, events and other services offered by HIDEAWAY – lakeside kitchen.

2. table reservations
Table reservations can be cancelled free of charge at any time. Please contact us in time to cancel or change your reservation.

3. Events
3.1 Special cancellation conditions apply to events booked in the restaurant HIDEAWAY – lakeside kitchen.
3.2 Once the contract has been signed, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
Up to 2 weeks before the date of the event: 60% of the agreed price
Up to 2 days before the date of the event: 80% of the agreed price
On the day of the event: 100% of the agreed price

4. Data protection
4.1 The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data in accordance with the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia.

5. Disclaimer
5.1 Restaurant [name of restaurant] is not liable for damages caused by slight negligence, unless these damages concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act.

6. Final provisions
6.1 Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.2 The law of the Republic of Latvia shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is the registered office of the restaurant Hideway.
